1. I’m a beginner, are your Art kits suitable for me? Absolutely. All our Art Kits are designed to be beginner-friendly. If you’re looking for pure simplicity, we’d recommend Golden Landscape or Yorkshire Giraffe. If you’re looking for a bit more of a challenge, we’d suggest Hope. And remember, it’s not about matching the original piece perfectly, this isn’t paint by numbers. It’s about taking inspiration from the piece and making it your own.
  2. How does guaranteed next day delivery work? If you’d like next day delivery please order before 11am Monday – Friday. Orders placed after 11am on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
  3. Do you internationally ship your products? We ship internationally for a surplus charge of £12.
  4. Do you have a gift wrapping option? Our beautifully presented boxes are the perfect gift for that budding creative in your life. Select our gift wrapping option at checkout to leave a personalised message.
  5. Do your online classes come with a complimentary Art Kit? We normally offer a complimentary art kit, free of charge, as an early bird discount when you sign up to our class before a certain date. Be sure to check the description as this can vary.
  6. How do I access your mobile app to view the video tutorials? You get exclusive access to our mobile app when you purchase your first kit with us. You can either use the link sent to you via email or you can scan the barcode on our kit instructions which takes you straight there.
  7. Are your Art Kits environmentally friendly? We are committed to being as environmentally friendly as possible in everything we do. Which is why we are happy to say that our newly revamped kits are entirely recyclable and / or re-usable. See our ‘Top Tips’ tab in our app to find out how to re-use and up-cycle your kit and its materials.
  8. When will you be re-opening for in-studio classes? We hope to re-open our doors on the 17th May for in-studio classes. Until then, we are running lots of virtual classes to help you get creative from home.
  9. I’m not sure which session to book first? At MasterPeace, we believe everyone can find their creative flow, regardless of previous experience. All of our classes are designed to be accessible to all, even our Masters series. But, if you want to ease your way in, we suggest starting out with a Fundamentals class, progressing through Coached, and then honing your skills with Masters.
  10. How do I book? All of our classes can be booked quickly and easily on our website, just head to the “Book Classes” tab at the top. There you can explore our regular class schedule and upcoming creative experiences, with a range of times to suit you.
  11. What do I need to bring? Your fine self, a spirit of adventure, and an open mind – we’ll provide the rest. On the day, you’ll be given a painting gown, and all the materials you need to get creative.
  12. Do I need to wash up my brushes? No – we’ll do all the washing up for you. Just come and relax!
  13. I’ve booked a Coached class, what can I do to prepare? For Coached classes, you’re painting a photo of your choice, from your smartphone. It’s helpful to have a good idea of what you want to paint ahead of class, but we can help you pick if you’re not sure. We’ll be plugging your smartphone into our lightboxes, so make sure you’ve got plenty of charge. We recommend switching off auto-screen lock, and putting airplane mode on, so you don’t have any interruptions.
  14. What happens at check-in? Please arrive 10 minutes before your class so that we can check you in, introduce you to your instructor and get you set up and ready to get creative. We’ll help you into your gown, pour you a drink (if you’ve pre-ordered one), and get you comfortable! Creating a totally zen space is essential to the MasterPeace experience, so once the curtains close, and the class has started, unfortunately we won’t be able to accept any late comers.
  15. Can I order food and drink when I arrive? All food and drink is pre-ordered through our website when you check-out. Our food and drink is prepared fresh ahead of each class, and unfortunately we may not be able to fulfil any new orders on the day, so we really recommend pre-ordering if you know yourself to be of a thirsty nature!
  16. I’m on a waiting list, what does that mean? If a class is full, you can add yourself to the waiting list. If we receive any cancellations, we will send you an email (or a text) to let you know that you have been allocated a space with at least 12 hours notice.
  17. Do you accept walk-ins? Yes, if there’s space in the session we’d love to have you. We cannot guarantee we can fulfil the Grazing add-on without prior notice as everything is prepared fresh in advance, but we’ll do our best!
  18. Something’s come up, can I cancel my class? Absolutely, we ask for 48 hours notice for any cancellations. Unfortunately, cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable. If you’d like to reschedule, just send us an email at info@masterpeace.studio and we’ll be happy to help.
  19. What happens if I don’t finish? You can store your paintings with us and book onto a Freestyle course whenever you like to finish off at your own pace.
