Connie Crawford


Connie is a passionate yoga teacher whose own life and way of being in the world has been profoundly influenced by her yoga and meditation practices. With teaching experience in studios all over London and over 450 hours of yoga training in a variety of styles, Connie’s intention is to support her students to tune into their bodies, become more mindful of their experience in the present moment and to develop a steady sense of inner strength and calm.

Having once been a city lawyer, I know the importance of giving oneself adequate time to de-stress and recharge. By focussing your practice on your ‘sacral chakra’, you can feel more connected to yourself and others, and allow your creative energy to flow
